To help people to be healthier and happier both mentally and physically and to recover from experiences, in the past or more recent, so that they can live life fully without the ramifications of hurt, fear and shame.
When we first began having people come to us for retreats, 14 years ago, on the surface it was due to health challenges. Needing an operation but being too over weight and unhealthy to have it, suffering anxiety resulting in IBS symptoms, extremely controlled eating, drinking too much and over eating etc.
We used very clean and nutritious foods and juices taking people through a gentle detox with lots of walking and talking about where they were in their lives which often lead to talking about things that had happened in the past, problems they were experiencing currently and lack of hope or motivation for the future.
We quickly realised our work was going to be much more based on emotional health and helping our clients put to rest the past or deal with current difficult situations – and more often than not the two are linked.
The health issues were a manifestation of deeper emotional challenges.
We now address the mind and body with every client. The two are intrinsically linked and have a knock on effect on each other positively or negatively.
We help people resolve issues as painlessly, quickly and profoundly as possible and to move forward to a life they want to live.
